Apartment Building Concrete Steps Upgrade
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are looking to improve the safety of our apartment building by replacing the current timber and paver steps with new concrete ones.
Key requirements are:
- Experience with concrete step construction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and requirements relating to multilevel buildings, specifically buildings with less than 5 floors
- A design that can be taken to the Brisbane City council for approval as the steps are partly on council land.
Safety, functionality and durability are critical elements that the new steps must have. Aesthetics are also very important. The ideal freelancer will have an eye for detail, able to propose and implement a design that integrates well with the existing structure and surroundings. We are looking forward to receiving bids from experienced, safety-conscious builders.
