Ammonia Refrigeration Pipework Design & Verification
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm seeking an expert in ammonia refrigeration systems to assist with a project in an abattoir. The job involves creating detailed drawings for new ammonia pipework for existing chillers, as well as checking and verifying the dimensions of proposed pipework and valve stations.
Key tasks include:
- Designing pipework for a single-stage (-10oC)refrigeration system, incorporating vessels, pumps, and valve stations.
- Integrating the new pipework with existing detailed layouts.
- Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with ammonia refrigeration systems in industrial sectors.
- A strong understanding of local building codes.
- Proficiency in creating and modifying engineering drawings.
I will provide the layout plans of the buildig and sketch's of the proposed piperuns and equipment location. Some 3D drawings of the equipment such as the pump vessel and a general valve station may also be required
