Amending Plans and AutoCad
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Amending Architectural Plans in AutoCad
I am in need of someone to help me amend my architectural plans in AutoCad. The changes required are of moderate complexity. Unfortunately, I only have paper copies of the original files, so the freelancer will need to work with these.
The job entails:
a) Change the dimensions of the rooms
b) Add a shower and toilet in bedroom 2
c) The garage to be double volume, with a storage area (85.75sqm)
d) A new section on top of the garage (upstairs), with ensuite-bathroom, kids’ bedroom with toilet and shower, a small lounge, kitchenette, and balcony
e) Staircase to the upstairs section on top of the garage
The amended floor plans should be submitted to me with AutoCAD for ease of amending in future and 2D or 3D rendering of the home exterior. (I attach the plans that need to be amended).
Estimated time: 3 to 4 days.
Budget: $150 - $160 (only professionals who can work within this budget should express interest).
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCad
- Experience in amending architectural plans
- Ability to work with paper copies of plans
- Creative and can think outside of the box
