Alter a set of drawings in Revit
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I will provide you with this set of drawings Revit (see attached). I will need them to be altered.
I will need the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) sheets created. Only the Architecture plans as shown are done currently in Rivet.
When the are done I will need the MEP incorporated into a final set as well as the accompanying schedules for then. I will provide the information on the fixtures to be incorporated into the the schedules and furniture information as you develop the plans.
This project will need to be done in stages I will provide information as sheets are developed.
This is a US project and all dimensions must be in feet and inches no metric.
This project will require a site plan I have the Survey PLAT map in PDF it will need to be redrawn in Revit.
This project will require a land scaping plan. I will give you the information once the site plan is created for shrubs and tree planting schedule (I do not have this drawing in Revit.) it will need to be created.
I expect 3 phases. Payment will be made after each phase is complete.
Phase one
1. Recreate site plan from PDF and place house on site in Revit
2. Create MEP set sheets in Revit
3. Create both 3D and 2D drafts
Phase two
1. Receive input on changes
2. Incorporate following changes we will need to have on call to review.
a. I will alter to roof Design to create attic space
b. I may alter the walls type from Block to 2 X 6 wood.
c. I will alter the foundation to crawl Space and Basement
d. I will add specific fixtures and door and window schedule as well as hardware schedule
e. I will add planting schedule for land scaping
Phase three
Deliver final drawings complete with final Revit file and PDF.
a. Minor changes may be needed.
b. Deliver final Material List
