Allen-Bradley PLC Panel Design
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m putting together a set of Allen-Bradley PLC control panels and I need the entire electrical package drafted in AutoCAD Electrical. The job covers everything from detailed schematics to final panel layout, and every drawing must be built so it can sail through a UL review without rework.
You’ll be working in AutoCAD Electrical (2021 or later) and should be comfortable placing AB PLCs, I/O cards, power supplies, relays, breakers, and the usual support hardware while following UL requirements for wiring practices, spacing, and labeling. All tag names, wire numbers, and layer conventions must stay consistent across the set.
Deliverables
• Complete schematic set in DWG format
• Scaled panel layout drawing with device call-outs
• Bill of Materials extracted from the drawings
• PDF plot pack for quick stakeholder review
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings open error-free in AutoCAD Electrical
• All components match the Allen-Bradley catalog numbers we provide
• Wire colors, sizes, and clearances satisfy UL standards
• Layout keeps heat-generating parts within spec’d spacing
