Alex house

Looking to redo a partial complete home abroad. The foundation, wall and roof have been finished. I have the current layout with measurements in MM. The current layout is subpar and would like to divide the area into quarters and create 2 apartments and the rest would be rooms with out kitchens. The building is surrounded by a garden so I would like larger window looking outside. Attached is an example of what i would like delivered to me.
