Adopt and review construction drawings to Australian standards
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Our company has construction drawings for a 173 sqm residence to be built in Australia using cross laminated timber (CLT) technology. We are looking for a specialist (drafting) to assess and review the existing drawings to make sure they comply with relevant Australian building standards (BCA / ABCB). In particular:
- Ventilation
- Heated flooring
- Electricity, plumbing
- Size of doors and windows
Must hold all relevant licenses (QBCC) in Australia to complete the work.
If need be the drawings have to be reworked.
We will provide the drawings to the successful candidate.
