I have bought a basic 3 bed 1 bath housing commission home built 1980's I want to enlarge the living area and bathroom and add ensuite and laundry to upper level. House is split level with sloping flat metal roof, room for extension is rear of the house, which would require the back floor to be enlarged as a raised deck. I would like a visual change to the front of the house at the lower level and there may be room to extend the living area out the front, ideally a internal entry not a walkup to front door off patio would be preferred
