We are in the process of constructing a 4 bedroom home. We wish to add one en-suite room

Update the existing .dwg format plan with the addition of a bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
What I expect from you
• Concept sketches based on our instructions and your skills
• up to 4 revisions
• High-quality 2D plans and elevations
• Final drawings and finish schedules in editable format ( AutoCAD, Revit or similar—use the tool you’re most comfortable with, just let me know)
