48 Acre Mixed Farm - Masterplan, Landscape Design & Planting Plan

I’m ready to turn my 48-acre property into a well-organized, productive mixed farm and need a comprehensive landscape and planting plan that makes every square foot work hard. The core objective is purely agricultural, but I want the layout to flow naturally, separating crop zones from livestock areas while still allowing for efficient movement of machinery, people, and animals.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A scaled site masterplan showing field blocks for row crops, lake, pond, orchards, and pasture, plus dedicated zones for barns, fencing, equipment storage, and access roads.
• Detailed planting schedules that specify varieties, spacing, rotations, and companion crops suited to our soil and climate.
• Recommendations for hedgerows, windbreaks, and beneficial insect habitat to boost biodiversity and natural pest control.
• Proposed irrigation and drainage layout—including main lines, valves, and water‐harvesting features—to ensure consistent supply across the site.
• Livestock integration guidelines (grazing rotations, shelter placement, shade trees) that complement crop production without conflict.
• A phased implementation timeline so I can roll the plan out in manageable stages.
I can provide current topographic maps, soil tests, and a rough sketch of existing structures. Final deliverables should be supplied as editable CAD or GIS files plus a PDF set I can print.
