Accurate DWG Redraw + Layout Proposal

I need an existing floor plan (PDF scan) to be redrawn accurately in DWG format (AutoCAD). The drawing includes a basic ground floor layout of a residential house. - just right side of house

Tasks:
1. Trace and redraw the scanned floor plan in DWG format, keeping correct proportions and dimensions.
2. Clean up any inconsistencies or unclear parts from the scan (use reasonable judgment).
3. Create a simplified suggestion for an updated interior layout (minor changes like moving walls, updating room functions, etc.).
4. Provide the final file in DWG and PDF formats.

Deliverables:
• DWG (editable)
• PDF (print-ready)
• Optional: separate version with layout suggestion

Notes:
• I will provide the scanned floor plan and any necessary measurements or preferences for the new layout.
• The redraw must be precise enough to serve as a base for further planning.
