AUTOCAD FRAMEWORK

I have in the autocad file the initial table.
In the initial table, I want to fill the table and open the frames accordingly and fill in the data as indicated.
The filling data should be in the scale that indicates in the frame. Also, need to be able to add greek or English.
In the case of A2 frame need to add the corresponding A2 frame.
Each frame needs to have the same space distance between them.
Finally need to print all frames and the initial table in 1 pdf file, need to have the option to choose monochrome, scale, or ignore a frame.
I am available for any approach suggestions.
