AUTOCAD Conversion: PDF to DWG (MEP)
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
1. MAIN OBJECTIVE
• To convert M&E layouts, details, notes, texts, and tables from PDF to AutoCAD. No need to convert Architectural elements as Architectural plans provided as an X-REF.
• To use/draw the files provided inside the folder “To be edited”.
2. SOFTWARE
• Autodesk AutoCAD, saved down to 2013 version for accessibility.
3. WORK QUALITY
• Accurate Dimension (no overridden Dimension)
• If dimension is assumed, round up dimension, example assumed column size is 248x248 (round up to 250x250)
• Use the correct Dimension or Leader Style
• Use the correct layers
• Convert all lines, circle, hatches, text manually (No software conversion)
• All conversion to be dimension-ed properly, accurate and neat.
• All repetitive elements to be blocked.
• Legends (with elements blocked) for respective M&E disciplines will be drawn.
• We will be providing a template with Architectural plan X-REFed for all M&E services for you to use. Please do not draw inside X-REF file.
• To use the template provided by CDS, to use relevant scale indicated in the drawing for A0 size. Example, if the PDF details indicate 1:5, you should use the Dimension Style “CDS_DIM1_5”.
• All PDFs that are scanned from a hardcopy previously or are raster PDFs by nature, shall have tolerances catered. Unclear texts, dimensions or geometry for all elements will be replaced with “???”. If unclear elements are not addressed, assumed logically accordingly.
5. FILE NAMING:
Converted files to be renamed according to PDF file name.
I have attached an example of the PDFs that needs to be converted. Kindly note that only shortlisted freelancers will be provided with full details.
Below is the sample for your bidding. Also note that bids above SGD25 will be ignored as well.
