ASHRAE-Compliant HVAC Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete HVAC project design, fully compliant with current ASHRAE standards, for a new three-storey building. The primary targets are strong energy efficiency and overall cost-effectiveness—from equipment selection through long-term operation.
You will start with accurate heat-gain/heat-loss calculations for every floor, then translate those figures into properly sized equipment and distribution networks. Where multiple system types could meet the brief (split systems, packaged units, geothermal, etc.) please compare options and justify the final pick in terms of my efficiency-and-cost priorities.
Deliverables
• Load calculations and summary report
• Equipment schedules with model numbers and efficiency ratings
• Duct and piping layout drawings in CAD (dwg) and PDF
• Ventilation and fresh-air strategy to satisfy ASHRAE 62.1/62.2
• Control schematic and brief sequence of operation
• Compliance sheet referencing the relevant ASHRAE sections
I will supply architectural plans in DWG as soon as the project is awarded. All files must be in English and ready for permit submission.
