ARCHITECT/ENGINEER NEEDED FOR BASEMENT REMODEL PLANS ASAP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi there. I am looking for an architect to provide 2 complete sets of residential plans for finishing my 1300 square foot basement in order for me to submit my application and receive building permits. The application states that the plans must
1. Show specifications for all proposed construction in conformance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and all other applicable regulations.
2. Describe the nature of the work to be performed and shall clearly indicate the materials
to be used, the equipment to be installed and shall give details of all electrical, mechanical,
plumbing and structural installations and square footage.
Please note this project requires I submit a flash drive with a full set of original stamp architect/engineer plans. Please let me know if you would be able to assist with this project. Thank you so much!
