I am looking to get FL Stamped drawings for a 320 sq ft ADU, intended primarily as functional office space for daily use. Very simple layout, 16x20 with a lean to roof. 5x8 bathroom in corner. Expertise in residential spaces and familiarity with Florida building code are prerequisites for this project. Key considerations for this job include:
