ADU Addition to Residential AutoCAD Plans
Budget: $200 – $400 USD
I am requesting services for adding an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) to my existing AutoCAD residential plans.
Adding new ADU to existing residential plans. Make below changes to it.
Changes on top of existing residential plan using dwg files with site and proposed plans as reference. Project delivery as dwg and pdf files
Cover sheet - Just convert, I'll make text changes as required.
A1 - sheet - replace new proposed plan into it
A2 - 2 sections required - one for FIRST FLOOR and SECOND FLOOR
A3 - Roof Plan - Remove existing back project roof details and add details for new new - Can give markup for it
A4- Same as A2 - 2 Sections - one for first and seconds floor. use proposed plan drafts to expand the plans.
A5 - More work here - All the elevation need to be taken add 2 floors drawing. I can give details for it. But proposed plan does have. -
East elevation - have 2 floors with 2 car garage door, 1st floor with main door entry and window, second floor with 4 windows and stairs on side
South elevation - Remove Proposed ADU details in back, add elevation replacing the garage -
with 2 floor with stairs as focus
West Elevation is same - just add, new project 2 nd floor view
North Elevation same as - South Elevation- Garage + 2nd floor - 2 windows and roof view
A6 - Should be - make change as Slab on Grade - Similar to Last Project - Proposed ADU
The selected individual should timely deliver high-quality, practical, and aesthetically pleasing designs that adhere to local by-laws and zoning restrictions.
