ACCA HVAC Manual J/S/D Reports

I need an ACCA-approved designer to complete Manual J, S, and D calculations for a single-family residential build between 2,000 – 4,000 sq ft. All work must follow the latest ACCA protocols so the reports can be submitted directly to local code officials and the equipment supplier without revisions.
You will receive the architectural plans (PDF and DWG), window and insulation schedules, and my preferred construction details. Using Wrightsoft, Elite RHVAC, HVAC-Calc, or any other ACCA-recognized software, please prepare:
• Manual J: room-by-room and whole-house heating & cooling loads
• Manual S: equipment sizing and selection matched to the calculated loads
• Manual D: complete duct layout with required CFM per register, static pressure targets, and friction rates
Deliver each section as a stamped PDF plus the native project file so I can adjust minor edits if needed. Clearly label rooms to match the drawings, and note any assumptions that differ from the provided specs.
A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy and full compliance come first. Let me know your typical lead time and any questions you have about the plans once you review them.
