I need designer for CCTV

I am looking for someone to design a CCTV system for me. I need an IP-based CCTV system, but installation services are not required. Furthermore, I will require 150 cameras for the system. I am searching for an experienced designer to provide me with a CCTV system that meets all of my needs, including security and quality of the images. The CCTV system needs to be easy to use and maintain in order to ensure that I can have 24-hour security. The designer should also be knowledgeable about the CCTV systems requirements in my area, such as city permits and inspections.
