Update Building Evacuation Plans

Job ID: 40181795

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

Our current evacuation diagrams exist only as static PDFs, yet the building itself has moved on: rooms have been renumbered, some have disappeared, others have been added, and several layouts have been reshaped. I now need each plan redrawn from scratch so that what staff and visitors see on the wall matches the reality they walk through.

Here is what must change:
• Room numbers everywhere on the plans
• Room outlines where layouts were amended, added, or deleted
• Escape routes adjusted to suit the new geometry
• Clear, concise safety instructions and icons in line with fire-code guidelines

I will provide the original PDFs along with a marked-up sketch that shows every renumbering and configuration change. From that, I’m expecting fresh vector artwork—Illustrator, AutoCAD or similar—plus a print-ready PDF for each floor. Colours, line weights and iconography should stay consistent with the current style so we can slot the updated sheets straight into the existing frames.

Please allow for three tidy-up round after I review the first draft.
There are 5 levels - three are basically identical (first, third & fifth)
Levels 2 & 4 have amendments
Once this is completed will look to produce individual evacuation plans per room (there are 11 units in total with the amendments)

I will include the ORIGINAL evacuation plans we had prepared
I have then drawn up the amendments to the rooms on the updated plans to give an idea of the new room layouts.
