Plot Survey & CAD Demarcation

I need an in-person survey that captures the exact dimensions of my plot, pins down every boundary corner, and clearly marks the DP road line on site. Once the fieldwork is complete, I want the data translated into a clean AutoCAD DWG.

To be clear, this job combines three elements: land surveying and reporting, boundary line demarcation, and creation of the final drawing in AutoCAD. Accuracy is absolutely critical; the deliverables must tie back to real-world coordinates so there is zero mismatch when municipal officers re-check the site.

Deliverables
• Full topographic and boundary survey conducted on site
• Physical demarcation of all plot limits plus the DP road line
• Survey report detailing methods, instruments used, and coordinate list
• AutoCAD DWG (2018 or earlier) reflecting every measured point, bearings, and distances
