Need master plan for a land.

We have undeveloped land we need to do master plan for small subdivision and create main street and lots averaging roughly 180 wide by 250 deep. i need to have summary table with info (lot size) lot number and default house shape (all plan view needed). We need colored plan. like the samples attached
