We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance architect and design team for the conceptualization and execution of a high-end resort in the renowned Jim Corbett region. The project will cater to destination weddings, tourism, and those seeking a retreat with a unique nature + jungle theme. The resort should be designed with luxury, comfort, and nature integration at its core, while maintaining high standards of sustainability and eco-friendliness.

This resort will offer an exclusive blend of wilderness and luxury, combining the serenity of nature with modern amenities. It will be a prime location for destination weddings, family vacations, and nature lovers, aiming to provide an immersive experience that blends seamlessly into the surrounding forest and jungle environment.
Scope of Work:
We require Two options for comprehensive master plan and a series of detailed construction drawings for the development of the resort. The main components of the project include the following:
Master Plan Layout ( Two Options to be Given)
• 80-100 Cars Indoor Parking: Spacious and secure parking area designed for guests.
• 48-50 Basic Rooms: The main hotel building should feature G+1 (Ground + First floor) architecture, with comfortable rooms designed to offer high-end comfort. Each room should reflect the resort’s connection to nature while providing top-notch amenities.
• 4-5 Villa Units: The villas should be 4 BHK (Ground + First floor) with attached private pools, designed for high-end guests seeking privacy and exclusivity.
• Cottage Houses: 4-5 cottages of different types, each with a G+1 design. These should provide unique accommodations that appeal to tourists who prefer a more private and nature-infused setting.
• Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen, and Banquet Hall: A G+1 building dedicated to food and beverage services, with a banquet hall capable of hosting 350 guests for events such as weddings and conferences.
• Open Dining Deck Area: An outdoor dining deck designed to accommodate 50 people, with stunning views of the surrounding nature.
• Swimming Pool: Preferably an organic, freeform-shaped pool that blends with the natural surroundings.
• Kids Play Area: A dedicated space for children’s recreation, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Outdoor Activities Areas: Open spaces dedicated to outdoor games and recreational activities like yoga, nature walks, and adventure sports.
• Indoor Games Room + Gym Area: An indoor entertainment and fitness space for guests to unwind and stay active.

• 5-Star Specifications: All amenities should adhere to 5-star level specifications and provide an ultra-luxury experience for guests.
• Open Drain Maintenance: There is an existing open drain on the site that must remain in its current condition. However, temporary crossovers may be built to allow for construction movement.
Deliverables Required:

Project Timeline: We are looking for a project completion timeline of 1 week.Please provide an estimated duration for each stage of the design and development process.
