House plan pdf to DWG re-draw

We need an old house plan to be redrawn to a 1:100 scale, in millimeters, and formatted in both recent and old 2000 DWG formats. The task requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the new plan meets current architectural standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and be proficient in using CAD software. Note: teh existing house plans are in imperial (feet and inches) and needs to be converted to millimeters (mm).
