Commercial building design

I am looking for a freelancer to design an office building for me. Accessibility is a high priority for this project, so I need the design to be ADA compliant. Additionally, I am aiming for a modern yet sustainable design, and I have some specific features in mind. I would like to incorporate natural light with various sustainable options, such as solar panels. I am also interested in intelligent solutions, such as automated climate control, that can help conserve energy. Finally, I am looking for a creative and efficient design, where space is maximized and visual appeal is a priority. I am excited to see what creative solutions the right freelancer can come up with!

I am looking for developing a greenfield commercial project. It is a three side open 245sqyds of commercial space with a 100% ground coverage and G+3 floors.
The deliverables would be
- The elevation or exterior design/facade of the space
- 3rd floor commercial office space of c.2200 sqft with 3d renders and interiors.
