I would like the enclosed plans re-engineered as I feel that they are over-engineered.
In addition, I would like the plans presented in such a way as I could happily hand the new plans to a builder without a great deal of explanation.
In terms of building regs, you don't need to worry too much as these plans will be used in many countries and will be altered to suit.
