Architect for Low Impact Devolpment correction

My construction project is current on hold until we can change the design of of our LID plans. The city will, shockingly, approve the correction on the same day but I need an architect who know how to make changes to plans. I have all the dimensions, just need someone to put this on paper. We need to remove the trees and water tanks and replace them with a 20x3 planter box on the front left of the house, with a water spout right above it. And we need to show pavements with at least 10% openings in the back of the house. We would like to fill in the 10% opening with gravel. Will pay extra if you can get this done today. Thank you!
