I am looking for a skilled professional to assist me with a design validation project. The purpose of this project is to assess the feasibility of replacing HDPE pipe with an aluminum pipe inserted inside a 2-meter roller brush shaft to only aluminum pipe .
Specifically, I require the aluminum pipe design to have the same dimensions as the current HDPE pipe. It should also have higher or equal strength than the HDPE pipe.
To validate the aluminum pipe design, we need analysis for deflection , bending movement and overll strength . This will ensure that the design meets the necessary requirements and can withstand the expected conditions.
