I’m ready to take an AR-powered 3D menu from concept to a production-grade platform and I need a strategic technical partner who can own the build and help me scale fast. The vision is an app that lets diners view photorealistic dishes in augmented reality, chat with an AI waiter, place and pay for their order through the restaurant’s existing POS, and enjoy a personalised, gamified experience that keeps them coming back.

Nothing is a nice-to-have here—AI assistants, seamless POS hooks, and deep personalisation with game-style rewards all need to grow together from day one. My core business objective is operational efficiency, specifically cutting staff workload: fewer manual order entries, less time spent describing dishes or processing payments, and clear analytics to optimise staffing.

Here’s the shape of the engagement:

• Architecture & stack proposal covering AR (ARKit/ARCore/WebXR), real-time 3D rendering (Unity, Unreal or equivalent), cloud micro-services, and LLM integration
• Prototype that streams a 3D dish catalogue, overlays it in-venue, and lets an AI waiter answer menu questions
• Middleware that pushes orders straight into at least one major POS (Square, Toast, Oracle, etc.) with two-second round-trip
• Personalisation layer that learns diner preferences and drives a points-based reward loop
• Admin dashboard surfacing live order flow, engagement metrics, and performance analytics
• Clean, commented code and deployment documentation

Acceptance criteria for the pilot: 95 % crash-free rate on iOS and Android, orders appear in the POS within two seconds, and front-of-house staff report a measurable reduction in order-taking time.
