Lightweight USDZ House Model
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 INR
I need a production-ready 1:1 scale 3D model of a single-family house converted into USDZ for an augmented-reality marketing presentation. The finished file must stay under 150 MB while still looking clean and believable when viewed on iOS AR Quick Look.
You will receive the full 2D architectural plan from me. Please make sure the room dimensions are reproduced with exacting accuracy; those measurements are what the audience will be checking. Beyond that, a basic interior and exterior layout with simple, well-baked textures is all that’s required—I’m not looking for furniture, landscaping, or heavy ornamentation that would bloat the file size.
Key goals
• True-to-scale geometry that aligns perfectly with the supplied plan
• UV-mapped textures that keep the scene visually appealing without inflating the polygon count
• Optimised USDZ (or USD + zipped texture folder if you prefer to hand off before final packaging) under the 150 MB ceiling
• Smooth performance on recent iPhones/iPads in AR Quick Look
Once you’ve completed the model, I’ll run a quick AR pass-through to verify scale and overall fidelity. If anything is off dimension-wise, I’ll share screenshots and exact corrections; one round of tweaks should cover it.
Preferred tools include Blender with Apple’s USDZ exporter, Cinema 4D + Reality Converter, or any workflow you’re comfortable with that reliably produces clean USDZ output.
Send along examples of previous lightweight architectural assets—especially if they were intended for AR—and let’s get building.
