Create 3D models for AR app

We require a 3D/AR model developer/designer who can design high quality renders for products such as furniture and decorative items using Blender/Sketchup or Maya/Houdini. The models need to be good quality and we need the models/assets in GLB format for Android and USDZ format for iOS.

We initially require 10 products like Sofas, tables, chairs, vases. All details of products will be provided including dimensions and product images. Prices can be quoted per each model or together for all 10 models
