PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced AR developer to create a small, marker-based AR scavenger hunt for a family Chanukah project.
This is not a game or custom app. It is a lightweight, sequential AR experience that works on mobile phones and is accessed via a QR code or shareable link.
Tone: warm, playful, and meaningful — not flashy or complex.
CORE CONCEPT
The experience consists of 2–3 AR reveals shown in order, forming a simple scavenger hunt.
Each reveal is triggered by a different marker image (preferred), or by a simple tap if easier.
Example flow:
First marker → small Chanukah-themed AR object
Second marker → treasure chest with silver coins
Final marker → scroll/parchment displaying a short message
No competitive gameplay, no scoring, no pressure.
FINAL SCROLL / MESSAGE
The final reveal includes a scroll or parchment in AR displaying a short pre-written message.
Requirements:
Static text is sufficient
Gentle reveal animation optional
No audio narration required
The scroll is meant to feel meaningful and calm.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Marker-based AR (image recognition)
Works on modern iOS and Android phones
No custom app required if possible
Accessible via QR code or shareable link
Reveals occur in sequence, not all at once
If a user skips ahead, it is acceptable for later reveals to still work
Preferred platforms (open to recommendation):

WebAR (ZapWorks, 8th Wall, etc.)
Assemblr-compatible formats

This project is intentionally small and time-boxed.
We are not requesting:
Accounts or logins
Saved user state
Databases
