Build me a AR experiance

Using the attached marker image which is the number plate on my son's racing BMX bike. I want EatUp .glb logo in 3D and interactive by being able to spin and see textures outside of the plate. Also to link to a fundraising URL for EatUp https://eatupeventfundraising.raisely.com/jontywoodburn
