Startup Company Valuation

Greetings..!

We are a startup in the SaaS domain, currently at the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage. We are looking to engage a Chartered Accountant firm or a qualified valuation professional with experience in startup valuation for:

- Company valuation for investor discussions and equity planning
- Preparation of a valuation report aligned with current market norms
- Guidance on selecting appropriate valuation methods (DCF, VC Method, etc.)
- Advisory on compliance/documentation for fundraising

About Us:

- Stage: Early-stage startup with MVP developed
- Product: AI-assisted personal productivity tool
- Industry: SaaS, Productivity, AI
- Revenue: Pre-revenue phase
- Purpose of Valuation: Investor pitch deck, fundraising, and equity strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

- Registered CA firm with experience in startup/SaaS valuation
- Familiarity with methods like Berkus, Scorecard, DCF, and VC Method
- Able to provide a formal report and certificate (if needed)
