Here’s what the engagement looks like:
• Conduct a quick audit of our existing switches, router, Wi-Fi and cabling.
• Design and implement an access-control scheme (role-based, VLANs or equivalent) that keeps internal resources locked down without disrupting day-to-day work.
• Set up continuous performance monitoring with clear dashboards and automated alerts.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis whenever speeds drop or users lose connection.

Deliverables are accepted once:
1. The access-control plan is documented and signed off.
2. Monitoring is live and demonstrating accurate metrics for at least one week.
3. A concise knowledge-transfer guide is handed over.
