Job Title: Senior Tax/Audit Manager
Location: Marietta, Ohio, USA (with availability to work from St. Clairsville)
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Reporting To: Partner
Team Size to Manage: 4
About the Role
This leadership role is ideal for seasoned CPAs with expertise in governmental and nonprofit audits, client management, and a passion for delivering excellence in tax and audit services.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive public accounting experience
- 1+ year as a Senior Manager and 2+ years in an audit management role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GASB standards
- Experience with governmental and nonprofit audits
- Advanced understanding of audit methodologies and internal control frameworks
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, CCH, or similar)
- Strong relationship management and advisory skills
- Willingness to work on-site at either the Marietta or St. Clairsville office
Compensation
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 USD
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based (to be discussed)
- Work Location: Marietta, OH (Head Office), with flexibility in St. Clairsville
- Relocation: Not available
