1. Visit the designated retail location(s) at the scheduled time posing as a regular customer.
2. Observe and note every interaction, queue management, staff behaviour, and visual cleanliness.
3. Verify SOP steps exactly as trained staff should execute them—no shortcuts.
4. Record objective evidence (brief photos or time-stamped notes where permitted).
5. Submit a concise but comprehensive report within 24 hours of each visit; the template I provide covers ratings, narrative comments, and actionable insights.
