Remove Fake Google Reviews
Budget: $10 – $200 AUD
I’m dealing with several obviously fabricated reviews on our Google Business Profile and they’re already hurting our reputation and conversions. My preferred route is to get them taken down through Google’s own reporting and escalation channels, rather than legal action or contacting the posters directly.
So far I’ve gathered screenshots, order logs, and timeline notes that suggest the reviewers were never customers, but the evidence set isn’t airtight yet. I need an experienced specialist who can:
• Audit the current evidence, identify any gaps, and collect or structure whatever else Google typically asks for.
• File the report(s) inside the Business Profile dashboard, craft persuasive rebuttals that match Google policy wording, and follow up through support chat/email until each review is re-evaluated.
• Keep me updated on status changes and document every step so I have a clear paper trail in case of future disputes.
Success means the illegitimate reviews are removed (or at minimum officially flagged) and I have written confirmation from Google of the outcome. If you’ve previously succeeded in similar takedowns, let me know your process and estimated timeline.
