Looking for an experienced Local SEO freelancer to take ownership of organic visibility for an airport transfer service operating across Ireland. Currently at near-zero organic traffic.
Scope:
Technical and on-page SEO (audit and fixes complete within Month 1)
Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Service)
Location page strategy and rollout for priority towns
Google Business Profile optimisation and ongoing management
Cross-platform listings: Apple Maps, Bing Places, Facebook, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Irish directories
Ireland-specific link building (tourism boards, hotel partnerships, local news)
Visibility in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Success Criteria + KPI + Accountability — non-negotiable:
- Agree on product independent success factors like monthly clicks counts at Google Search Console, GMB Insights , Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing Places, Apple Maps, GA4 referral traffic.
- Agreed list of priority keywords and KPIs(key performance indicators) signed off in Month 1
- Weekly progress dashboard covering Map Pack positions, GSC clicks/impressions, GMB actions, Apple Maps, Bing, and referral traffic
- Monthly written report by 5th working day with metrics, work completed, and next month's plan
- All accounts (GSC, GA4, GMB, Apple Maps, etc.) created under my email with you as a delegated user — no exceptions
- No long-term lock-in: month-by-month after a fixed-price Month 1 audit phase
- If KPIs/success criteria are not met - No payments
