Scope
• Audit the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the latest financial year.
• Issue a signed auditor’s report suitable for Companies Registration Office filing.
• Provide a brief management letter highlighting any material findings.

• Company size: fewer than 50 employees.
• Purpose: compliance only—no investor pitch or deep internal review.
• All working papers should follow Irish GAAP / FRS 102 and remain confidential.
• Remote work is fine, but you must hold an Irish practicing certificate and be available for a short call to confirm engagement.
