Comprehensive HR Audit for Indian Unicorn
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking an experienced Internal HR Auditor from the Delhi NCR region to conduct a thorough audit of our HR processes. The audit should encompass:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Evaluating the effectiveness and fairness of our hiring procedures.
- Employee Performance Management: Assessing our performance appraisal systems for equity and efficiency.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
- All other HR processes except for Payroll.
This audit excludes our Payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR auditing, ideally within a high-growth tech environment. Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices is essential. Please note that this project necessitates a local professional, as an understanding of the regional context can greatly enhance the audit's relevance and effectiveness.
