Certified UK Accounts Audit
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a UK-based, fully certified accountant to take my company’s annual accounts through a complete UK GAAP audit, prepare the final set, and file them with Companies House and HMRC.
Alongside the statutory filing, I also have several funds and investment balances that must be formally verified. An Accountant’s certificate is required confirming their accuracy and existence, ready for presentation to prospective investors.
Please outline:
• Your professional body membership (ICAEW, ACCA, etc.) and current practising certificate.
• Recent experience auditing and filing UK GAAP annual accounts.
• Turnaround time for draft accounts, audit completion, and electronic submission.
Acceptance criteria:
• Companies House and HMRC accept the filed annual accounts without amendment.
• A signed Accountant’s certificate for the specified funds and investments is delivered in PDF and original hard copy.
I will provide the bookkeeping records and supporting documentation immediately after engagement so we can meet the statutory deadline without stress.
