We are seeking a licensed auditor based in the UAE, specifically authorized to conduct audits in DMCC, to issue an audit report for the financial year 2024 for our client. The company was registered in Dubai DMCC in May 2023 and has previously completed all required audit reports.
### Project Details:
- Company Industry:Physical trading of crude oil (not through exchanges).
- Revenue for 2024: Approx. 900 million AED with around 100 transactions.
- VAT Status: The company has not applied for VAT and operates in a bonded environment, meaning goods have not entered Dubai.
- Accounting: Already completed by the client.
### Requirements:
1. Must be a UAE-licensed auditor with authorization to conduct audits in DMCC.
2. Must provide proof of credentials (DMCC auditor license and relevant certifications).
3. Experience with auditing large-volume businesses in the commodities/trading sector preferred.
4. Proposal should include:
