Key Responsibilities Statutory Audit and sign off on the year-end accounts. Finalise Accounts: Prepare and finalise statutory accounts for Companies House. Tax Filing: Calculate and file the Corporation Tax return (CT600) with HMRC. Requirements Status: Must be a Registered Auditor with valid UK practising certificates.
