Arabic Corporate Audit File Creation

I need a full set of audit working papers prepared in Arabic for a corporation whose financial statements will be issued for external financial reporting. The engagement must cover the balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow statement from initial planning through final conclusions, all documented in a clean, index-linked audit file that aligns with ISA methodology and IFRS presentation.
