AOC-4 Annual Filing Help

I need a qualified Company Secretary who can take full charge of preparing and e-filing Form AOC-4 for our Indian private limited company’s current annual cycle. The financial statements are already audited and ready; what I now require is an expert who can convert them into the MCA-compliant format, attach every supporting document, and secure a clean acknowledgment (SRN) from the portal.

Key things I will hand over straight away: audited balance sheet, profit & loss, notes, directors’ report and signed board resolution. You will review these, flag any gaps, generate the final PDF, and file the form through the MCA portal using our DSCs.

Acceptance for completion is simple: I receive the filed Form AOC-4 copy with the MCA acknowledgment email and the SRN reflecting “Approved” status.
