Conversational Female Audiobook Production
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a 20,000-word manuscript ready to become an audiobook and I’m looking for a narrator-producer who can bring it to life with a warm, friendly, conversational delivery. The story is aimed at a U.S. audience, so a natural-sounding American female voice is a must. Australian voice is fine also.
The full commercial rights will be transferred to me on completion, and every file must be mastered to pass Audible/ACX technical guidelines—RMS between –18 dB and –23 dB, peaks below –3 dB, noise floor under –60 dB, 192 kbps MP3, constant bit-rate, 44.1 kHz.
Deliverables
• Fully mastered, retail-ready audio for the entire book, neatly split into individual chapter files named to match the manuscript order.
• A separate 1-5-minute retail audio sample that showcases the tone of the work.
• A combined reference file or playlist so I can listen straight through if needed.
• One round of revisions for misreads or audio flaws.
