Job Post: Video Editor for Cratle Channel (Pre-launch)
Cratle is gearing up for an exciting launch, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Video Editor to join our team. If you have a passion for creating informative, compelling, and intriguing video content, this is the opportunity for you!
Role & Responsibilities:
Edit 4-8 videos per month (10-14 minutes each)
Edit shorts for social media to boost engagement
Ensure videos are informative, engaging, and visually appealing
Focus on high-quality, relevant footage over generic stock clips
Maintain clean audio mixing and background music that complements narration
Follow brand guidelines with a focus on minimalistic B-rolls and smooth pacing
Requirements:
Experience in video editing with a portfolio to showcase
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean transitions
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive monthly salary between ₹35,000 - ₹42,000
10% of video earnings for the next 3 years, contingent upon the contract remaining intact
