volume/sound correction on a 35 minutes video

I am looking for a freelancer who can correct the volume and sound issues in a 35-minute video. The current issue is low volume with a lot of background noise.
Requirements:
- The desired volume/sound level should meet a specific target level, as per my instructions.
- The corrected video must be in MP4 (same as the original video)
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in audio editing and sound correction.
- Ability to reduce background noise and enhance volume levels.
- Proficiency in using audio editing software.
- Attention to detail to ensure the audio is audible and clear.
