A/V technical support

We are currently looking for event support at our East Melbourne office space, likely once every 2-3 months.
What we are looking for:
We are after someone who could use OBS (or similar program) and look after the sound & video in the room during hybrid events at our office / record the event and stream from OBS through Zoom for online attendees.
Ideally we would like someone who would be willing to use our setup and just supplement any extra A/V needed with the equipment that they have.
We would also be happy to hear if they have suggestions for improving our current setup.
